Burnout is real. Consider the frustration as you work with children who are stressed out.  We can use tools such as wondering and listening to achieve positive interactions that enhance the child's confidence and feelings of success as an individual.

Your toolbox will have tools and perspectives that actually create the outcome you are looking for.

Session Objective

What's in your Toolbox? Session 2 will examine our perspective on building skills to support regulation using the College of ECE documentation and Positive Interactions.  What is our role when a child is dysregulated, and how can we be proactive rather than reactive?  Delving into real situations and gaining new tools to support the children in your care.
