CWT offers a single point of access to professional learning opportunities through structured and or informal training that are innovative and interactive. In collaboration with community partners and ongoing evaluations, the training team works to develop learning experiences that meet the changing needs of the community. A wide range of topics provides early learning and care professionals (regardless of experience or knowledge) with an opportunity to enhance their skills in various areas of the early childhood sector. Consequently, providing children and their families with access to quality care and education in the community they belong to.
