She has worked as an Educator and Supervisor in licensed child care centres and now serves as a Training and Development Coordinator with Toronto Children&rsquo;s Services. In this role, she designs and delivers professional learning, leads sector‑wide training initiatives, and supports early learning professionals in fostering high‑quality, inclusive environments for all children and families.</span></p>
