Meghan has worked as Educator and Supervisor in child care programs in Toronto, and in 2019 she joined the Quality and Capacity Building Unit with Toronto Children&rsquo;s Services as a Bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst. She is now a Training and Developmental Coordinator. In this role she supports the early learning sector by providing professional learning opportunities to educators and child care workers.</span></p>
