Jennifer Casale is a Resource Consultant from the Every Child Belongs, Humber Child Care Consultation Services. She is a proud member of Humber College and has been with the institution since 2012. Jennifer has always had a childhood dream to work with young children and this opportunity has helped her realize the joy that she gets from working with them. She first started at Humber College Child Development Centre, initially as a ratio, RECE and now Resource Consultant. Jennifer graduated from both Humber College and Guelph-Humber University in the Early Childhood Education Program with a Bachelor of Science Degree. As a Resource Consultant, she welcomes diversity and is excited to facilitate and accommodate every child within her centre list. She has always and will continue to be considerate of the individual needs and abilities of every child. Jennifer strongly believes that her Early Childhood Education background and experiences with young children is beneficial to her Resource Consultation role as it allows her the opportunity to create a nature and play-based, responsive, creative, inclusive and accepting learning environment for all children.
