<p style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Andrea is a Registered Early Childhood Educator and has been working with individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities for over 25 years. She currently works in the Toronto region as an early interventionist, supporting families with young children to learn strategies and feel empowered to transition to new programs and environments such as child care and school. Andrea&rsquo;s teaching exposes educators from all areas of early childhood settings to information around disabilities, strategies to create inclusive environments and tips on working together with families. Andrea is passionate about teaching educators how to engage with the family as a whole; connecting them to information, resources and strategies that will foster inclusive environments for children and their families to be successful members of their community.</span></p>
