Nathan Hall is a dynamic educator and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultant, renowned for his transformative work in fostering anti-racism within various sectors. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science and Honours in Sociology from the University of Ottawa, along with Master\'s Degrees in Management from McGill University and Business Administration from Indiana University, Nathan possesses a solid academic foundation coupled with over a decade of practical experience.
As the founder of Culture Check, Nathan played a pivotal role in reviewing and designing equitable and inclusive policies within the education system. Through his collaboration with schools, he has implemented initiatives aimed at addressing systemic issues of anti-Black racism and promoting diversity awareness among educators.
Through Culture Check, Nathan has directly impacted over ten thousand individuals through comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the context of his audience.
Nathan’s accolades include the Nelson Mandela Legacy Builder Award, recognition as a Forty Under 40 recipient, and the prestigious Harry Jerome Award for Young Entrepreneurship. His dedication to excellence has also earned him the Small Business of the Year and ByBlacks People\'s Choice Award for Business.
