Bio

As Principal of Hear Me Communications, Diana is an experienced communications and public relations strategist.

Over the years, Diana has also played numerous key roles in municipal and provincial politics. One of those roles was as an education researcher under MPP Gerard Kennedy, tasked with interviewing leaders in education from across the province in helping to create the 2003 Liberal party education election platform.  These promises, fulfilled after the election, included an introduction of full-day kindergarten (FDK) to Ontario schools and reforms that made the Ontario College of Teachers a professional body.

Most recently, Diana put her own name on the ballot and ran for Toronto Catholic school board trustee in ward 4.

An effective grassroots organizer and passionate community activist, she has lent her communications, leadership and political skills to causes as diverse as helping struggling not-for-profits in their membership and fundraising goals to spearheading changes to traffic bylaws to make neighborhoods safer for children. Diana holds a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Toronto and a Master\'s in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University in Ottawa.
