This practical 90-minute session equips frontline early childhood educators with the tools to navigate challenging conversations with confidence and care. Participants will learn age-appropriate ways to support school-age children's curiosity with gender and sexuality, along with strategies for compassionate and productive conversations with parents and caregivers. The workshop also provides practical resources and materials to support inclusive practice, leaving attendees with ready-to-use approaches that turn difficult dialogues into opportunities for connection and growth.

Toronto Children's Services is hosting a monthly virtual speaker series designed for educators working in before and after school programs.
