Whether you're new to the Early Childhood Education (ECE) sector or a seasoned professional, this training is designed to strengthen and empower peer relationships, while enhancing teaching practices. Through this session, you’ll explore the positive impacts of peer mentoring, gain new professional strategies, and learn collaborative models to support families, colleagues, and communities. Session Objective

  • Strengthen peer relationships and enhance strategies on how to effectively engage in peer mentoring relationships that fosterprofessional growth, collaboration, and improve instructional practices
  • Enhance skills in providing constructive feedback, engaging in active listening, fostering growth-oriented environment forpeers/colleagues and promoting a culture of continuous professional learning and communities of practice
  • This training workshop will encourage you to:
