Description

Embracing “How Does Learning Happen?” Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years is an interactive and engaging workshop that will focus on the many ways Early Childhood Educators demonstrate leadership.  Emphasis will be placed on strengthening our understanding of: the leadership concept, how leadership is demonstrated within the role of an early childhood educator, how it is modelled in our programs, and the importance of effective collaboration and co-leadership with colleagues, new staff, families, and children.  Opportunities to further demonstrate your leadership skills as an early childhood educator will also be explored.
