Description

The Educational Leadership: A Humanistic Approach takes our understanding of leadership to the next level. Humanistic leaders recognize that their greatest assets include their own strengths and resources, as well as those of their staff, colleagues, students and families. They also understand that meaningful learning is collaborative and always includes wellbeing and optimal functioning. Humanistic educators and leaders know how to build and sustain an organizational, school, and classroom culture through value-congruent behaviours that facilitate and support optimal functioning. Humanistic educational leaders have the strategic and dialogic tools to respond to change with flexibility and grace.
