Description

Come and join us on a journey of learning about wellness and self-care. This session will explore why “taking care of me” is essential to our work-life balance. We will discuss myths and facts about nutrition, physical activities and sleep, discover ways to implement stress-reducing strategies, and practice mantras and affirmations.

Alternatively, this workshop will also be offered on April 20, 2023 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm,  May 04, 2023 from 12:30 am to 2:00 pm and June 1, 2023 from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm.

Session Objective

Participants will:

  • Expand their understanding of wellness and self-care
  • Learn how gratitude and personal affirmations/mantras can impact daily life
  • Receive tips on healthy nutrition, physical activity, sleep and stress
