Resilience is often defined as a person's ability to recover quickly from setbacks. This ability to "bounce back" has been shown to be a critical component for success and well-being. This presentation will challenge attendees to think of resilience as "bouncing forward" rather than back. To that end attendees will learn about resilience and how it applies to the COVID crisis. Attendees will also be introduced to several components of positive psychology which can increase their resilience.
The objective of this session is to introduce attendees to the concept of resilience and how they can utilize it during difficult times.
