PREREQUISITE: Completion of Solution-Focused Basics.

PLEASE NOTE: The cost of $74.68 (Plus HST) covers both days of training. This is Part 1 of the two sessions offered. Part 2 will take place on October 8th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. To register, you must be able to attend both days. When you register for Part 1, you will automatically be registered for Part 2.

In our 2 half days of the solution-focused fundamental advanced series, participants are introduced to the science behind solution-focused conversations/communication, some theory and lots of practice. Importantly, we ensure your understanding is context dependent and relevant to you. Our facilitators will support participants to have full coaching conversations and participants will receive a certificate of completion.

This series will also be offered on September 16 and September 17, 2021.

Session Objective

Participants will practice solution-focused coaching skills learn through coaching conversations and various activities There are simulations and videos to support and reinforce learning. Concepts from previous workshops is reviewed and integrated throughout.
